For skilled and semi skilled candidates we conduct Trade Tests for each candidate before he goes in for general assessment. The level of trade test will depend upon the requirement of the sector for which the candidate is being considered.

We have arrangements with several Trade Centers where these tests are conducted and professionals in the relevant field of operation grade the candidate.

We also have arrangement with Third Party inspection agencies for inspection especially in case of welders for the Oil and Gas Sector.

These candidates are also tested and checked for language skills especially for overseas appointments.

In short, we provide a complete package to both the Employer and the Candidate.
