We have put in place a robust system to ensure quality on a consistent basis. We build enduring relationships with our Clients and candidates in a spirit of partnership.
C-Soft interviews clients to have a thorough understanding of the client's needs. We then create a comprehensive “JD” comprising of company information, organization culture and the job overview. Recruiters will then scout for candidates on the value proposition conveyed by this information. There is little room for misinterpretation or negotiation.
Throughout the process, C-Soft 's recruiters continually work with the client and candidate soliciting feedback and providing advice. A team of specialists (to check on qualifications, relevant experience, age etc) vets the CVs of candidates collected. The matched CVs are then called for a personal interaction with our Interview Panel, which consists of senior consultants drawn from a variety of backgrounds and various walks of life who have held key positions in recruitment and operations in major companies in India and Abroad.
We have developed extensive assessment sheets, which help the Panel to evaluate and grade the candidate according to his qualification, personality and leadership quality, team spirit, on the job experience, strengths and weaknesses.
Candidates are then short-listed based on their grades and are sent to the Employer for final selection. This process helps the Employer to focus only on the finer points and thus make the right choice.
At C-Soft , we stay in streaming touch with the clients and the candidates to update them and give them continuous feedback. This process ensures clear and faster decision making both for the candidates and the clients.
