Several large Clients who do not want to increase their permanent liability of enhanced labor force can opt for this facility wherein the candidate is finally selected and approved by the Client but is employed by C-Soft or its sister company and the services of the employee are then provided to the client on a monthly basis.

In such cases the employee is governed by the rules and regulation of C-Soft but is located in the premises of the Client
